I am a Certified Professional Estimator, former President of ASPE – Chapter 22, have worked for a top 100 General Contractor and used many of the Sub invite programs out there. When I decided to join a startup G.C., I was looking for a simplified version of what I was used to using and came upon BidGenius on the internet. I was a little skeptical that such a moderately priced program could deliver the functionality that could meet the growing needs of our small and growing company. The ease of use and the simplicity of the program itself are a wonder. It’s intuitive to use. We used to spend a week on training folks to use Prolog and now we can get someone up and running in an hour, sending invites and logging responses. Our biggest problem is training the subcontractors that it’s so simple to use: that they only need to click to send a response or to down load the documents from the FTP site! I now work for a small company where I used to have 20 estimators, there’s only one! I paid for this program out of pocket to make my processes easier and to be able to automate our systems of inviting folks to bid. I would highly recommend Bid Genius to any size company out there! Just call and I’ll tell you why!

Being relatively new to this software….I am extremely pleased with BidGenius. It definitely has reduced the time spent on Bid Invites and Addenda Notices and has steadily increased subcontractor bid intent responses with each project and I look forward to expanding my knowledge and use of the additional features. I have been using Bid Genius for close to 2 years now. I had never previously used any type of bid management software before. The introduction and use had gone very well. I essentially use the BidGenius system for sending and keeping track of bid invitations as well as sending updates for the projects I am working on. The contact system is very useful also. There are many more useful features such as plan access and quote acceptance, but I have not taken the time to learn all those. There have been a few occasions where I have had a technical issue or didn't understand how a feature worked and the support staff has been very helpful in making sure I was taken care of in a quick and polite manner. I am very happy with the Bid Genius system and intend to continue to use the system in the future. Please consider BidGenius as your tool to effectively manage your construction bid needs.
